TalentTracker 360 was formed in 2014 by Emily Ayre who has been a successful executive recruiter for companies, including Fortune 100 organizations, since 2009. Prior to that, Emily spent over 20 years working for Fortune 500 companies including Procter & Gamble, Stanford University, Intel Corporation, and Ingenix in various sales, marketing, channel, and recruiting roles. Emily has transferred her years of experience in product development, marketing and management into her headhunting business. As someone who has held and worked with many of the positions she helps clients with, she brings a 360 degree, value-added perspective to the needs of her clients and candidates. Emily and her team of researchers and recruiters live in Salt Lake City, Utah, but work nationally for client companies. Emily has a BS in Sociology & Organizational Behavior from Stanford University and a MBA from Brigham Young University.
